TOWN OF LOS GATOS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
HOUSING ELEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
Los Gatos is seeking Town residents interested in serving on a Housing Element Advisory Board to help our community prepare its
2014-2022 Housing Element and develop recommendations for the Town Council on specific strategies, concepts, and/or policies for
addressing the housing needs of residents and local businesses for the next eight years.
Following interviews with the Town Council on March 17, 2014, the Council will appoint four (4) neighborhood representatives to serve
with the 9-member General Plan Committee on a new Housing Element Advisory Board. The 13-member Board will meet from March
to June 2014 with Town staff and a Housing Element Consultant to prepare the Draft Housing Element. The public meetings will be held
in the Town Council Chambers approximately from 6:00-8:00 p.m. every two weeks.
