By the month of May, CREDO is well into the spring conference season and making plans and arrangements for next year's lineup. CREDO Conferences are never static. The IDPT model of identity, discernment, practice, and transformation also offers us at CREDO a meaningful guide for our development.

NEW ROC Conferences are underway

Recently Ordained Clergy gather for the first CREDO ROC Conference
 This week, recently ordained clergy meet for the first of a new series of conferences specifically designed to support clergy of all ages who are still within the first four years of their ordained ministry. Like other CREDO Conferences, the ROC Conference series provides an opportunity for participants to imagine and realize possible ways of partnering with the movement of God's grace in key areas of their life and vocation.
The ROC Conference series requires a two-conference commitment of seven days each, with a year between the first and second conference. Woven through both conferences are themes of identity, leadership, and health and wellness.
Between the two conferences, faculty will be available for consultations with participants in order to follow through with subjects of the participants' choosing. At the second conference a year later, the same participant class works with the same faculty team.

By the end of this month, CREDO invitations will be in the mail for the 2014 conference season. The conference schedule includes these CREDO conferences:
- CREDO I Eight-day
- CREDO I Six-day
- CREDO for Retired Clergy
- La Conferencia CREDO I en Espaņol
- CREDO I for Bi-vocational/Part-time Clergy (a newly developed CREDO Conference)
- CREDO for Recently Ordained Clergy (a two-year conference series)
- CREDO2 Eight-day
The CREDO Bi-vocational/Part-time Conference is patterned on the foundational eight-day CREDO I conference with particular attention to the experiences and challenges of part-time and bi-vocational clergy. For more information, visit the CREDO website.
CREDO offers something for all stages of ministry. Share your CREDO experience with clergy in your diocese and urge those who receive an invitation to attend. The quicker they respond, the better their chances for enrolling in the conference and session that best suits their needs and schedule.
