Everyone who attended a CREDO Conference took the Health Assessment through the Mayo Clinic at the time of the conference---and now your enrollment will be through the CPG portal. CREDO becomes official program of Church Pension Group
 On January 1, 2013, CREDO became a program of the Policy, Education, Research and Church Relations (PERC) department and CREDO employees became fully integrated members of Church Pension Group.
The CREDO office and its 17 employees are located and will remain in Memphis, TN.
This transition, which is principally an operational and governance change, allows CREDO to deepen its collaboration with CPG affiliates such as the Medical Trust, Church Life, and Church Publishing, and with the Planning for Tomorrow program.

NEW CPG access to Mayo Clinic

On January 1, the CREDO health assessment campaign merged with the Medical Trust campaign using the Church Pension Group (CPG)-Mayo Clinic Portal. The CREDO/Mayo Clinic partnership ended on December 31 and CREDO now strongly urges you to register with the new CPG-Mayo Clinic portal and take the Health Assessment offered there.
Who qualifies for this free program?
ANYONE who is enrolled in a medical or dental plan through Medical Trust and your dependents. Also, if you have attended a CREDO Conference in the past, you were part of the CREDO-Mayo Clinic healthcare partnership. You may now re-enroll in the Church Pension Group (CPG)-Mayo Clinic Portal.
A registration access code was sent to Medical Trust members in the fall. If you've misplaced your letter/access code or are not a member of the Medical Trust but qualified for enrollment, you can call the CPG Client Engagement at (800) 480-9967, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM ET (excluding holidays), for assistance with obtaining your Personal Access Code.
Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth has provided CREDO with the Health Assessment and resources for six years. This is now a fabulous benefit from Church Pension Group.
