NEW CPG access to Mayo Clinic
website for CREDO participants
The CREDO/Mayo Clinic relationship is changing. Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth has provided CREDO with the Health Assessment at the time they attend a CREDO Conference as well as a full range of Web-based health information and tools.
On January 1, 2013, the CREDO portal with Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth will close and CREDO participants will be included in the new Church Pension Group (CPG) health assessment and Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth web access.During the fall, clergy and lay employees of the Episcopal Church who are part of a Medical Trust healthcare plan were invited to enroll in a new web portal with Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth. If you received your invitation, please begin using this new access instead of your former CREDO access. If you need a reminder of your new CPG access number to register, contact CPG Client Engagement and ask for your registration number for the Mayo Clinic website. CREDO participants who have used Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth in the past will have to (and are encouraged to) take their Health Assessment again. This is a fabulous benefit from Church Pension.
