Information Needed on Township No Alcohol Policies
Upper Merion Township is seeking an example or information from any P&R department within PA that has or is working written waivers to their township's "no alcohol on township property" policies. The objective is to develop a waiver that would enable the township to have alcohol at a township-sponsored/owned event on township property (buildings, parks, etc.). That way, they could offer wine tastings, pop up beer gardens as part of township events. Please contact Gerri Vattimo, Marketing & Special Events Manager at gvattimo@umtownship.org.
