The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Park Service (NPS) recently partnered to create The Parks, Trails, and Health Workbook: A Tool for Planners, Parks and Recreational Professionals, and Health Practitioners - aquick guide for incorporating public health ideas into the development and improvement of a park or trail system. DCNR Civil Service Testing closing date 6/25

Civil Service testing is available for opportunities to work for the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation for three classifications including Recreation and Conservation Trainee and Recreation and Conservation Advisors I & II. Interested, qualified professionals are encouraged to take the exams through the State Civil Service Commission website.
