Farewell to PRPS Staff Nicole Lynd
Our Grants and Training Assistant Nicole Lynd is leaving the organization, her last day is May 17, 2016. We wish her the best of luck with her upcoming marriage and move out west.

DCNR new logo DCNR Civil Service Testing
Civil Service testing is available for opportunities to work for the Bureau of Recreation and Conservation for three classifications including Recreation and Conservation Trainee and Recreation and Conservation Advisors I & II.  Interested, qualified professionals are encouraged to take the exams through the State Civil Service Commission website. The closing date for testing is June 25.
NRPA Congress: PA Room Block
Meet me in St. Louis!

PRPS has reserved a PA state block of rooms for the NRPA Congress October 5-8 in St. Louis. To take advantage of this special rate of $159/ night at the Hampton Inn, just a quick shuttle ride or 6- minute walk to the convention center, follow these four easy steps:
1. Register for the Congress
Registration for the Congress opens Monday, May 16 at noon. Visit: http://www.nrpa.org/Conference2016/registration
2. Receive Your Registration Confirmation
You will receive confirmation of your registration from Wyndham Jade. Find your record ID in the second paragraph, first sentence. This ID will be required with your last name to access your selected hotel room block.
3. Reserve Your Lodging
Go to the Wyndham Jade website www.wynjade.com/nrpa16/ to make your reservation. Once on the page select "State Delegates" and login with the username StLouis16 and password structure.  Select "State Delegate Hotel Reservations" and use your record ID and last name to make your reservation online or print an individual housing form.
4. Let Us Know
