Creating a Vision for Positive Leadership Workshop

Our ever-changing work environment presents daily challenges to our leaders and future leaders. An effective leader needs to create a positive workplace for their employees. This workshop will provide both leaders and future leaders the knowledge and skills required to challenge motivate and grow their employee's careers. The cost is $115 member and $140 non-member and includes lunch. For more details and to register, click here.

The Creating a Vision for Positive Leadership Workshop provided great ideas and techniques for how to motivate employees and create a positive work environment. It provided the opportunity to discuss real life scenarios, experiences, and techniques among peers and work towards applying those skills to the profession. I was able to return to work and immediately apply discussions from the workshop.

Congratulations SCORP!

The National Park Service and the Society of Outdoor Recreation Professionals has selected Pennsylvania as the winner of the 2016 State Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (SCORP) Excellence Award Winner. Pennsylvania is the only State to have won the award twice for consecutive SCORP updates. Shout out to all who provided information, which included PRPS Staff Emily Gates.
