PRPS Work Day - Thank you!

On Friday, April 17 we had our spring work day at the PRPS office. We thank Kurt Uhler, John Mikowychok, Mike Gable, Jim Bobeck, and the PRPS staff for their time and dedication to the PRPS building maintenance.

They accomplished a lot in one day.

  • Installed the new bronze fish in the Memorial Garden
  • added a fence in between the parking lot and basketball court (skateboarders were using this area as a ramp)
  • Removed two basketball goals from the court
  • New plantings
  • Removal of trees and bark wrap
  • Pruning
  • Storage shed cleaned and painted

The next work day will be scheduled in the Fall.

Member Request

Moon Parks and Recreation is looking at some new scoreboards for baseball & softball fields. The installation fees seem very high. Does anyone know of a good company/vendor that they have recently used with reasonable installation fees.

Please contact Amy Ottaviani, at info@moonparks.org.
