Art in Parks - Less than Two Weeks to Submit Your Story!

This fall, the Art Association of Harrisburg (AAH) is hosting a park and recreation themed exhibit, September 12 through October 16, 2014.  In order to educate exhibit visitors on how park and recreation departments have used art to enhance their parks, PRPS is accepting case studies from agencies that have success stories to share. The case studies will be mounted and displayed at the exhibit. Broadcast your organization's good work by completing this Case Study Template (tips included)! Submit your case studies to Emily Gates at egates@prps.org by Monday, August 25th.

Member Question

Recreation Software

Does anyone have any suggestions for software that would be used for registration, facility booking, online registration, report generation, tracking of participants, etc. We are currently using Class, and there will be no more updates to the program. Active is the company that bought Class and we are not entirely thrilled with the price increase that would occur. Is anyone currently using a program that they are happy with that would accomplish the things we are currently doing in Class?

Please respond to Dave Hutner at dave.hutner@cranberrytownship.org.
