Stop The Cuts...Sign The Letter!

The Governor has suggested possible funding sources to tap for a one-year transfer to help balance the budget. Once again our funding programs were suggested: Key '93, Growing Greener, Farmland Preservation, Heritage Areas Program and Historical Preservation.

This must stop. No longer can we allow budgets to be balanced on the back of the environment.

Please review the letter to your legislators and consider adding your organization to those who oppose the Governor's proposal. The deadline is the close of business on Friday, June 13th.

To sign on, please send your organization's name, a contact person (with email), and their title/position to Rebecca Heath at rheath@pagrowinggreener.org.
