New PTRS Merchandise Will Be Available at the TRI

Get ready to shop! PTRS has a new logo and new merchandise. Wear the PTRS logo with pride; we have t-shirts, polo shirts, and fleeces available.

  • Be practical and organized for work with a PTRS badge holder and a padfolio.
  • As professionals we are always on the go; protect your company credit card and personal information with an aluminum wallet, and be sure to stay hydrated by always having your PTRS reusable tumbler in-hand.

The new items will be sold at the TRI so be sure to shop around while you visit the Vendors' Circle and the Basket Raffle. We can't wait to see you all in June!

HP Logo
The 2014 District II fundraising program is about to get underway! District II is once again participating in Hersheypark's volunteer fundraising program. Here is your chance to donate your time working a shift at Hersheypark, which in turn earns money for District II. You will also receive a free admission voucher (s) for each shift you work.

Click here for the schedule and more details.

Please don't delay and respond ASAP. E-mail Eric Stauffer (West Shore Recreation Commission), or call 717-920-9515 ext.107. Provide the shift(s) desired along with the name of each person volunteering, address,  home/work/cell phone numbers, and e-mail addresses.

Volunteer Program Information:

Hersheypark has a volunteer program in place to help them fill their staffing void in the early and late season when much of their workforce is attending classes at high school or college. Hersheypark will pay PRPS for each volunteer shift completed. In addition, each volunteer will also receive a voucher good for one of the following:

  • One Hersheypark admission during the 2014 or 2015 season
  • One admission to the 2014 Hersheypark In The Dark event
  • One admission to the 2014 Hersheypark Christmas Candylane event
  • One 2014 Sweet Lights ticket

Our group is continuing to work with the Ride Operations Department, so you will be assisting with duties such as queue line management, assisting with safety checks/operation of a ride or operating a kiddie-ride by yourself.
