What's new in AIM High? Update from Syndhia
Hi Everyone,
Over the last few weeks, I was hoping to touch base with each of you and share some news with you. Unfortunately, I couldn't see all of you, so I will have to share my announcement here. Due to some personal reasons, last Friday was my final day at Center for Companies That Care. While I am sad to be leaving, I am confident in the people who you will get to know in the next coming weeks. Many of you have already met Max Frazier, but I am glad to also be welcoming James Ballard and Danielle Riley. I will miss you all dearly, but I know that you will be in good hands. I am also grateful I got the chance to get to know each of you, even if just for a little while. If any of you would like to get in touch with me for anything, you can email me at [email protected] and shoot me an update. I will be present at the Year-End Recognition Event, and I hope to see you all there!

Greetings from the New AIM High Associates!
Hi fellow AIM High students, mentors, school communities and families! James and I send you greetings and want you to know we are delighted to be working with you. We all will miss Syndhia dearly and we wish her the best on her future endeavors. We as the new Program Associates will ensure that we provide the same great experience for you just as she has. We met most of you last week and look forward to meeting more of you as we continue Leadership Institute and Touchpoints throughout the remainder of the school year. Touchpoint: Job Shadowing on March 14th
Want an opportunity to experience a day in the life of your mentors? If so, it is highly recommended that you attend the Job Shadowing Touchpoint on Thursday March 14th. You will get to work with your mentors, eat lunch, and gain a better understanding on work readiness.
Remember: It is important that you conduct yourselves accordingly for you not only represent yourselves, but also your schools and AIM High. Also, if you have not already done so, please send an email to your mentors asking for one tip for success prior to attending Job Shadowing. We look forward to hearing about your experiences with your mentors!

Job Shadowing gives students an opportunity to see where their mentors work and what their job entails. Students will get to work with their mentors, eat lunch, and gain a better understanding on work readiness. Exact times have been provided to each site as of Friday, March 8th.
Date: Thursday, March 14th
