Touchpoint: Take Your Mentor to School Day
We are very excited for this year's Take Your Mentor to School Day! The day will include some, if not all of the following: tour of the school, presentation from the school administration, and the chance to sit in on one or two of your student's classes. We will be ending the day at our weekly Leadership Institute and a mini March to College Kick-off giving you the chance to not only debrief with your student, but also conduct a face-to-face grade check, and start brainstorming those fundraising ideas.

Alternate Take Your Mentor to School Day event for Urban Prep-Englewood and UCW students and Mentors
Since we will not be having a traditional Take Your Mentor to School Day at these two schools, we are instead hosting a Movie Night in our office! We will have some pizza and soda to start so everyone can catch up with each other, and then we will be watching the movie Bully, a great documentary about bullying in schools, and a definite conversation starter. Click here to watch the trailer!
When: Wednesday,December 19th,2012, from 4:30 to 7:30
Students can arrive as early as right after school, but we will not be serving food until 4:30. The movie will begin at about 5:30. Mentors and Students can continue talking in our conference room at this time.
