Changes to the MMAHM
We let you all know the detailed MMAHM (this current version) will only be going out once a month, and will include an overview of the next two months on all things AIM High and Center for Companies That Care. It works the same way as your usual MMAHM, but it will only be sent out at the begining of the month. After that you will be recieving a shorter weekly reminder of upcoming dates and events.

Neighborhood Cultural Event
We are very excited to announce that this year the Neighborhood Cultural Event will be taking place in Chinatown! The trip will include some good food, some exploring, but mostly be a chance for mentors and students to catch up. All the trip details are below.
When: Tuesday, October 23rd, 2012 , from 5:00pm - 7:30pm Location: Chinatown- Furama Seafood Restaurant,2828 South Wentworth Ave.
Who's Invited: All AIM High Students, Mentors and School Liaisons Transportation: provided for CTD, GWWCP, NLCP and Urban Prep- Bronzeville students. Students coming from UCW and Urban Prep- Englewood campuses pay $6 each. Bus will pick up and drop off all students at Urban Prep- Englewood
Cost: Free to all AIM High Students + two Mentors per team.
Additional Mentors are welcome for an additional cost of $25/per mentor.
We are also looking for a few UCW and Urban Prep- Englewood parents to join us for the evening to serve as chaperones on the buses and at the event. There is no charge for the parents. Please contact Syndhia Javier at the Companies That Care office for more details - 312-661-1010.

Congratulations WE FLY HIGH on being the winning Incentive team last year!!Your reward will be a trip to Haunted Trails. Make sure you register if you would like to come, and we will see you on October 18th!
Date: Thursday, October 18th, 2012 Time of Event: 5:00pm - 8:30pm Time of Transportation: tudents and Mentors should arrive at our offices, 954 West Washington Blvd., Suite 430 , for the event by 4:45 pm as we are leaving promptly at 5 pm. We will be leaving the park at 8 pm to arrive back at our offices by 8:30 pm.
Students, please make sure that you have a Parent/ Guardian at our offices to pick you up after the event.
Location: Haunted Trails; Burbank,IL.
Who's Invited:All AIM High Students
and Mentors on We Fly High Incentive Team Transportation: Students and Mentors who will be riding on our bus should arrive at our offices, 954 West Washington Blvd., Suite 430, for the event by 4:30. We will be returning to our offices at about 8:30 pm.
Cost: Free to all AIM High Students and Mentors on We Fly High Incentive Team
Senior Year! ACT Prep Hello AIM High seniors, We are currently offering ACT Prep on Saturday afternoons from 3pm-6pm at our offices through the month of October.If you would like to attend these sessions, email Syndhia at [email protected] to let her know.

Liasion Training: Week of October 8th?
AIM High Liaisons, Welcome back! We had a hard time scheduling a time that would work for all the of the Liaisons to be available, but we would love to meet with you right after the Kick Off event on October 4th. Right now the tentative dates are 4:30 p.m. on either Monday, October 8th or Friday, October 12th. The training will take place at our new offices located at 954 West Washington Blvd, Suite 430. Please email Syndhia which of the two date options you would prefer.
