| Greetings!
Peter Drucker, famed guru on innovation, stated in his book Management Challenges for the 21st Century, that the most important contribution of management was the 50 fold increase in productivity of the "manual worker" in manufacturing. And went onto to state that, "The most important contribution management needs to make in the 21st century is similarly to increase the productivity of knowledge work and the knowledge worker."

As a result, in this month's InSight, we highlight the strategy of Google with Google Glass since it targets the "knowledge worker" productivity and has the promise to take what the iPhone started to an entirely new level.
Best wishes for a productive Fall season,
Janet
