Greetings!
In the next few decades, more fluidity is called for in response to the rapid disruptive change we are experiencing globally and societally. In response to the changes, a new generation called "Generation Flux", those that thrive in periods of rapid change, has emerged.
What one thing can we learn to help us adapt our thinking to add value in our jobs and for our employers to keep up, as Generation Flux appears to do naturally?
As a 30 year veteran of software and business, my advice to our clients is to consider adopting "common sense agility". Due to the possible productivity gains with Agile, last month we shared what we mean by "common sense agile" versus the prescriptive heavyweight forms of Agile. This month, we take the discussion a step further and provide four strategies to speed adoption.
Since the return on investment for strategic decisions like Agile pay 64 dollars for every dollar invested, we focus on helping our clients keep up with the rapidly changing and competitive landscape. Please call if we can help you and your teams - be it via strategic advice or tactical items to implement and integrate software systems.
 All the best,
Janet
