Note from Principal Gracia
Parents,

I enjoyed reading all of the input forms. Classes will be balanced and lists will be posted outside the office on Thursday, August 20 by 3:00pm.

We have looked at our numbers and will NOT need to have a lottery for students placing into multi-age programs. We were able to accommodate all parents program choices.

Thanks,
Mrs.Gracia

Come One, Come All! Are You In RUN for Education

Our School District fun-run, the Are You In RUN for Education presented by Nelson Roberts Investment Advisors will start next Sunday, May 31 at 9:00am at Oak Knoll School. Choose between a chip-timed 5K or a 2.5K (1.5 mile) family walk or run.  Over $3,000 in total prizes will be awarded to top finishers in every category.

There will be plenty of family fun at our Wellness Fair, following the run.  Put on your best smiles in the photo booth provided by Nelson Roberts, play flag-football with Bulldog Sports and attempt Kennolyn's obstacle course bouncy house.  When it is time to eat, head over to the Waffle Amore food truck, and don't forget to visit the fair's booths where over 30 sponsors will be offering giveaways.

It's not too late to enter the run as a Family Sponsor for a donation of $500, which includes five race entries and an invitation to the Nelson Roberts Family Pasta Night on Saturday May 30th at the Griffith family home in Atherton.  Entry to run as an individual is $40 and entry to the Wellness Fair is free to all.

Prizes awarded to race winners include elegant activity trackers by Misfit Wearables, gift cards from running specialists, Fleet Feet; award winning construction toys by GoldieBlox, stylish Smith Optics sunglasses and sporty Camelback water bottles.

Volunteer:  Interested in being part of the fun but don't feel like walking or running?  Why not volunteer?  To learn more about volunteer opportunities please contact David Korn.
