As you know, Roberts Event Group (REG) is the premiere destination management and event production company in the Philadelphia region. We've been planning and producing for nearly 20 years and have the expertise and database to prove it!
Despite REG's longevity and success rate, we know how important it is to continue to grow our valuable relationships in the hospitality industry. Because of this, we have created Roberts Referral Rewards.
Organizations will earn credit for the services they, and the clients they refer, purchase from us. In addition, once enrolled in the Roberts Rewards program, companies automatically receive 100 reward points. This program is designed to increase the bottom line and assist sales staff in offering top-of-the-line service at a competitive price!
This is how it works: 1. Opening your account: Complete the registration form @ www.RobertsEventGroup.com/referrals. Our receipt of this form automatically sets up your account.
2. Your Purchases and your direct client referrals: when you or your client referrals** purchase any service from us (entertainment, décor, staffing, transportation, or complete event production) you will receive preferred pricing and we will credit your account with the points that apply as follows:
10 rewards points for every $100 of business, Minimum of $750 per booked event
$1,000 of booked business = 100 reward points
3. Redeeming your credits:
1 Power Point = $1.00 of credit toward your next event
4. Accounting: You will receive an account status report each quarter. You choose when you'd like to redeem your points.
In addition to the Roberts Referral Rewards program, we also plan to hold a bi-monthly raffle for one lucky member of the hospitality sales industry to receive a gift from Roberts Event Group.
The raffle will be a random drawing each month. Initial entries will be based on opt-ins to our monthly e-newsletter @ www.RobertsEventGroup.com/enewsletter. Participants will receive additional entries each time REG services are booked as a result of their referrals; this increases their chances to win the raffle each month! Winners of the raffle will be highlighted in our e-newsletter.
