Grabill is pleased to highlight our continued working relationship with DesRosiers Architects in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Over the past 10 years, Grabill has collaborated with DesRosier Architects on multiple projects both in Michigan and Colorado. Louis DesRosiers, a third generation architect, founded DesRosiers Architects in 1974. |

Grabill provided contemporary sapele windows for this transitional home in Aspen. |
Grabill's contemporary direct set windows are an important product for meeting the architect's design intent by maximizing glass area with minimal frame size. To meet energy efficiency standards, Grabill used high performance bronze tinted glass with a .29 U Value. Where fixed units are desired our engineered window frames can support large expanses of glass.
Wood species are project specified. Grabill uses Smartwood FSC certified Genuine Mahogany and Eucalyptus and sustainable lumber when ever possible. Engineered Douglas Fir laminated cores are also FSC certified with low *VOC emissions. All of our lumber is kiln dried to a moisture content of 6-8% at the time of fabrication |
Grabill traditional hinged doors come standard with blind mortise and tenon joinery, and are built for in-swing or out-swing operation. Solid wood panels can be raised, flat, book matched or "v-grooved" tongue and groove panels. The door jambs can be solid or laminated and engineered for larger doors. Full mortise locks or European multi-point lock systems with custom levers and trims are available. Our traditional hinged doors are also available in aluminum clad or bronze clad. |
Grabill's design flexibility allows the designer to take advantage of grand views and incorporate multiple units integrated with operable windows and doors. Our fixed in frame windows allow for bent glass and butt glazing and are also available in bronze or aluminum clad.

Our sales team becomes a part of the buyer's design team and a key member in gathering the information necessary to ensure our product is the best choice for the buyer. Our institutional knowledge allows us to meet the architect's intent by proposing the right product, while working with the architect and general contractor to ensure that the product will be properly placed in the building envelope before the project is awarded.
