Earlier this month, NSAC was saddened to learn of the passing of former Blue & Gold Award recipient (2008 - Alumni Volunteer of the Year), Philip Stead (Class of '65). Mr. Stead was a well known long-time employee of the Department of Agriculture. View obituary
