Greetings!
Our One Source team continues to focus on improving our products and services to our clients. One of our corporate initiatives for 2012 is to further enhance our suite of products, tools, and processes to provide you more valuable risk solutions and information. Our team is growing, and our goal is to provide more effective, efficient, and timely service to our expanding client base. In this issue of our newsletter, we have included a confidential, client survey. Please take 10-15 minutes to tell us how we are doing. What can we do better?
Whether you have been our client for many years, or you are new to the One Source client "family", we value your opinions. We will listen. Our management team will read each response. THANK YOU!
THAN

Account / Receivables PUTs
Security For You & Loyalty To Your Customer
A/R PUTs offer non-cancellable, 100% bankruptcy protection on publicly traded, US domestic companies for a term as short as 6 months and as long as 3 years. Some of the considerations for a PUT are:
- You are concerned that you have a high concentration of receivables with a publicly traded company.
- You want to continue to sell on credit to a financially distressed company, but your insurance carrier will not approve coverage.
- You are concerned that your insurance carrier may cancel coverage on the company, with very short notice (if you have cancellable coverage).
A PUT can allow you to be protected while remaining loyal to your valued customers. You can continue to sell to your troubled customer, even when they are going through tough times. When their economic situation improves, your customer will remember that you "didn't desert them like all their other vendors".
One Source has extensive experience in negotiating with the top PUT providers in the country. We can determine the options that are best suited for your specific coverage needs. With our direct network to get to the right person quickly, we can provide you a quote within a day or two. Prices fluctuate daily due to market-driven conditions, and the competition between the PUT providers gives us, as your broker, advantages that you may not obtain alone.
Visit our website (click here) to use our PUT calculator or contact a member of our sales team (click here) to learn more about PUTs. Let us put you at ease with an A/R PUT! |

D&B FAQs
In today's global economy, a business' Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) DUNS Number has become the standard for keeping track of the world's businesses. This unique 9-digit number is recognized and/or required by more than 50 global, industry, and trade associations. D&B is focusing on improving information and service, including free educational webinars and enhancing their website with many FAQs. For everything you need to know about your DUNS Number, including what it is, why you need it, the value of data accuracy, and most importantly, how to verify and correct your business' data, click here.
