http://www.lutheranchurch.ca/missions.php

Holy God, You came into our world to seek and to save the lost of all nations. We confess our failure to diligently share Your story of grace with the world. Work through us, Your people in Lutheran Church-Canada, to bring the message of Christ to the various areas of foreign missions You have placed before us. We pray for Your forgiveness and love to touch many in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Honduras, Thailand, Cambodia, and Ukraine through our work, in the name of Christ our Lord.

Meet our Australian Brothers and Sisters

This week we invite you to meet Chinese Lutheran Church Sydney located in Epping, NSW, Australia. ( map it  ) and their Parish Sole Pastor Rev. Bruce Lau.

(St. Mark's Lutheran Church, shares this same address, this seems to be similar to our own Trinity Lutheran Church in Richmond who has English and Chinese congregations.)

Their website  is in Chinese so there is not much I can tell you about this church.  However I can tell you that Chinese Lutheran is one of the many Chinese churches in the LCA, for which Rev. Brian Shek is the consultant for.  The LCA's website also lists Mr. Stanley Huang who seems to assist with the mandarin congregation.

Please keep Chinese Lutheran and Reverends Lau and Shek as well as Mr. Huang in your prayers this week.
