Almighty God, whose Son Jesus Christ chose to suffer pain before going up to joy, and crucifixion before entering in to glory mercifully grant that we, walking in the way of the cross, may find this path to be the way of life and peace; through Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.

Concert Choir Easter Tour
The Concordia Concert Choir from Edmonton, AB conducted by Dr. Joy Berg with Dr. John Brough, will be on tour Easter week. The Choir is delighted to present a concert from Palestrina to Schubert to African music, speaking to the journey of faith through our earthly life. This mixed choir of 28 auditioned singers (sometimes singing a cappella, sometimes accompanied by piano or organ or flute) will be in:
- Tuesday, April 26 :: Faith Lutheran, Grande Prairie, AB
- Wednesday, April 27 :: Zion Lutheran Church, Prince George, BC
- Thursday, April 28 :: St. John Evangelical Lutheran
Williams Lake, BC - Friday, April 29 :: Gateway Community Church, Hinton, AB
- Saturday, April 30 :: Glory Lutheran Church, Sherwood Park, AB
The concerts all take place at 7:30 p.m.
