"Light Up the Season" Event Kicks off Christmas in Downtown New Bern!
The Downtown Council of the New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce and the staff at Salem & Associates CPA announces a new event on Friday, November 25 - Santa's Arrival Celebration in Bear Plaza - 4pm - 6pm - Santa will arrive in a carriage at 5 pm but come in time to write a letter to Santa, do a picture frame craft, make a piece of jewelry. We'll have live entertainment and refreshments! Be there to see Santa and his helper flip the switch to "Light Up the Season!"

On Friday the 25th stay Downtown for the the "Light Up the Season" event at Bear Plaza when our Downtown welcomes Santa, who arrives in a carriage, crafts for kids, bell ringers, entertainment, refreshments, Free!! 4-6 pm in Bear Plaza. Santa arrives at 5. Come early and stay late to enjoy the lights coming on in Downtown New Bern!
