UNCW Entrepreneurship Center NewsletterOctober 2010
Time is often considered one's most valuable asset. Because of this, respecting the use of one's time and valuing the giving of time are fundamental ideologies for the EC. It is our goal that every event we host, email we send, and program we organize will be worth your time to attend, and watch, and read. The same is true for those who volunteer their time and energy to support the EC. We work hard to create an environment of respect that makes it easy for you to contribute and see the tangible results and benefits of your volunteerism.

This approach builds upon itself through reputation and fulfillment towards reaching our entrepreneurial goals. One of our challenges is that we don't always capture how the EC has benefited those who are involved. We do hear individuals' amazing anecdotes and stories as to how the EC helped them. We need to do a better job of capturing these stories.

So I ask, if the EC has positively touched you in some way, email us with the story, leave a voicemail (962.3032), or record a video to send us. It is these stories that drive us and will become the foundation of the EC.

Sincerely, Jonathan Rowe
