Update on Catherine
Only a day or two after her arrival
home from the hospital, she had more seizures. Her next appointments In
Montreal are on the 6th and the 19th of April. On the 6th she will undergo a PET scan to see how
her brain uses glucose and on the 19th she will be hooked up again for
EEG monitoring, but on an outpatient basis. This will mean more extended
time in Montreal for her and Melanie. The doctors want to find the epicenter of
the seizures in order to treat them with proper medication. Please
continue to pray for wisdom and grace for our family through this
situation.

Gilles and Bernadette Lelièvre | Within the Next Week
We
would appreciate your prayers for Mike as he makes the 16-hour round
trip to Sept-Îles for a funeral this week. Gilles Lelièvre was a very
faithful member of the work there for many years. He had cancer and was
blessed with plenty of time to prepare for this home going. Melanie
and I had the joy of visiting with him and his wife one last time just before our fall furlough. His love for Christ was clear to all who knew him and he
often witnessed to those around him. Please pray for the contact that
Mike and others will have with unsaved loved ones and family members.
Pray for Pastor Luc Couture as he preaches the Gospel at the service on
Thursday.
We also ask prayer for our special
Easter services this Sunday. The day will begin with the Lord's Table. There will also be an evangelistic message followed by special music, then testimonies from the
candidates for baptism. After the baptisms we will receive new
members. The service will be followed by a potluck dinner. Do pray for
the Lord's name to be glorified and for open hearts for the Gospel.

Update on Benoit Guillot
It
has been a joy to have Benoit Guillot home for a few days from seminary. We are so blessed by what God is doing in his life and
encouraged by his commitment to the work here in Québec City. He should be back home
for good in June with
an M.A. from Calvary
Baptist Seminary. Though he will be returning to his full-time
government job he will also be very much involved in the work. Do pray
for God's continued direction in his life.
