Dear ,
Holidays are all about enjoying the sweetie treaty goodies and many of our favorite family recipes! I know for us, it's our homemade Christmas fruit mince pies!
When we are relaxing and celebrating with beloved family and friends, as well as our professional colleagues, it is easy to over indulge. The consequences of holiday over eating range from minor emotional effects to more serious physical ailments. Many who overeat feel bloated, sick to their stomach, or even guilty. For some, eating too much can trigger depression, especially if they struggle with low self-confidence. The physical effects, as well, go deeper than unsettled stomachs and weight gain. Heartburn and indigestion are two of the most common side effects. Much more than being uncomfortable, overeating can lead to high blood pressure, and in extreme cases, risk of high blood sugar or heart disease. It's okay to treat yourself now and again, but if you find it happening too often, then help is just an AIM product away!
I want to share three tools you can safely use throughout these holidays to help your digestive system function optimally. I personally use them and have so many clients sharing with me on a daily basis how these three products have radically improved their digestion and improved the quality of their lives.

AIM Prepzymes is a great resource during the holidays. It's not an excuse to over indulge all the time, but it sure helps when you do! I am never without my prepzymes, they permanently stay in my handbag/purse and I am always ready to share one with someone else over lunch. Prepzymes contains cultured enzymes that help our bodies break down the foods we eat. There are many other enzyme products on the market, but I can attest, there is nothing like Prepzymes. Take one capsule with each meal.
AIM FloraFood is a friendly bacteria for the colon, a wonderful probiotic that is anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. If you feel bloated, just take two immediately and see what happens! It is truly one of my favorite products. It also builds the immune system. Don't be without it! Take one capsule with breakfast and another with dinner.
AIM Herbal Fiberblend® is a unique and powerful combination of cleansing herbs and psyllium to sweep the digestive system clean of toxins and food debris. It is available in traditional and raspberry flavors and vegetarial capsules. Traveling often makes us feel irregular. Taking the Herbal Fiberblend will help things in that department to work wonderfully. It even expels parasites! Start with four capsules increasing to six capsules 30 minutes before dinner or 1 tsp of powder in some water and stevia or freshley squeezed orange juice increasing to one tbls. You should not have more than three bowel eliminations per day, but three is actually normal!
It helps to:
* Maintain regular bowel movements
*Remove toxins from the body via the colon
*Maintain healthy cholesterol and blood sugar levels (fiber may reduce incidences of diverticulitis, colon cancer and appendicitis)
My advice: Enjoy your favorite foods this blessed Christmas season. All things are good in moderation. And keep up the exercise! |

Spiritual Health
I have really been experiencing the Lord's faithfulness in such small yet amazing ways. The Lord is so great. He is greater than the human mind can conceive. Great is His faithfulness for it is new every morning.
"Sovereign Lord, you have begun to show to your servant your greatness and your strong hand. For what god is there in heaven or on earth who can do the deeds and mighty works you do?" (Deuteronomy 3:24).

Until next time
