Finding Your Place: Becoming a Member of the School Community.
It can be daunting in your first years of teaching to negotiate the corridors of school: how do you work within the school hierarchy, work and collaborate with colleagues, and generally become an effective teacher and member of the school community? At our first forum of 2011, a school principal and teacher will speak about how you can find your place within your school community.
Register here. The forum will be held in Kimball Hall Lounge, 246 Greene Street at Waverly Place, NYU. Professional development credits will be provided by the NYS ALBETAC.
