Volunteers are needed in several sports!

Dear Friends of the Games:

One week to go to the 2010 Bay Area Senior Games. We have had a tremendous last minute registration from athletes and we now really need more volunteers.  Over 800 athletes will join us for the 2010 Games.

Volunteers are needed in the Hospitality, Awards Presentations, Registration, Rovers, General Operations and Sports Specific Duties (especially in track and field)

Shifts are generally 7:30 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 5:00 each day.

Volunteers will receive an official yellow Bay Area Senior Games Tee Shirt.

Please visit www.bayareaseniorgames.org and and sign up to volunteer or download the volunteer application and fax to the office at 650.323.9403.

See the sport and venue locations below.

And many thanks in advance - the hallmark of our 2009 Games were the great volunteers - and we want to continue in that tradition - plus we really need you!  And please tell your friends as well.

Best regards,

Anne

P.S.  You are in our data base as you volunteered for the 2009 Summer National Senior Games. We realize that you may live far away, but our data base does not allow us to sort by city/state... so we send our best wishes and thanks for your help last year.  If you don't want to receive future emails from us, just hit unsubscrbe at the bottom of this email.
