How-To Regulate Your Exterior Christmas Lighting
Would you like to come home to see your house lit up with Christmas lights at the end of the day? This outdoor timer makes it easy- the exterior Christmas lights will turn on and off at the same time every day.
Instructions:
1. Set the time
Rotate the dial clockwise until the pointer is pointing to the current time.
2. Set Your Timer
Begin with all black pins around the dial pushed upward and in. Each pin represents 15 minutes. Push all of the pins down that are during the time you want your Christmas lights to be turned on. They will turn off once the timer reaches the first pin that is still upward
3. Connecting
Leave your appliance in the "on" position if necessary and plug into the timer. Once the timer is plugged in...sit back and watch your lights come on by themselves at your designated time period every day!
OR...Use a remote!
- Mount the receiver near an exterior outlet that is viewable from a window.
- Plug your lights into the receiver
- Plug the receiver into a grounded 110V electrical outlet
- Turn your lights on and off with the click of a button on your remote control from inside your home!
- The best part about this remote is that it can be used for landscape lighting after the Christmas season is over!

Origin: Brazil, Venezuela, Peru and Panama, French Guiana, Colombia, Guyana and Suriname.
The Tree:
Bloodwood usually grows in sandy ground in the upland rain forest. It is a tall tree, growing to heights of 120 ft. or more and has a straight, cylindrical bole that's mostly clear for 75 ft. or more with an average diameter of 35 in. The smooth barked trunk has no buttresses and sometimes exudes a whitish latex. Its broad based leaves are elliptic in shape and the fruit resembles a fig and has a single large seed. Uses: Woodworkers appreciate the vibrant color of the heartwood, it is used for furniture, veneer, inlays, cabinetry, turnings, bows and fishing rods. The much wider sapwood, although lacking the beauty and luster of the heartwood, also finds expanded uses. Available in 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4"
