Fox Prints January 2
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a relaxing Winter Break. We're excited to start the new year off with an order of 60 new multi-purpose playground balls for grades K- 6 and a new electric pump. The students will be able to enjoy playing with these balls during P.E. and recess around the second week in January. Fox Mill's supply of these balls has slowly decreased over the years due to balls being lost and deflating. The PTA was able to purchase these items using our Shopping for Dollars program, through the Bloom points program. Thank you to our families for getting their cards registered and allowing Fox Mill the ability to have new supplies for our children at no extra cost to the school or parents. We're also excited about adding FLEX (Foreign Language Experience Program) to our offering of after school programs this spring. Please come to the PTA meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 3 to learn more about the program and other PTA activities and events. Thank you for all your support and have a healthy and happy 2012. Sincerely, Lorraine Mietlicki PTA President

Dining for Dollars: Lucia's Jan. 12

Dining for Dollars Brings brings in big bucks
We would like to send a big "thank you" to Vocelli Pizza, our December Dining for Dollars partner and to all the Fox Mill families who supported our pizza night in December. We raised $309 from the pizza night at Vocelli on Dec. 13. Our three Dining for Dollars events this fall have brought in about $650 since the beginning of the school year, and we have some more great events coming up in 2012. We hope to see you all at our first one of the year at Lucia's Italian Ristoranti on Thursday, Jan. 12. |
