Happy Memorial Day!
I hope you enjoyed this day and the beautiful weather! If you have been getting slammed with allergies and sickness the past few weeks, or even months, join the club! I have had SO many cancellations it is unbelievable.
But you know what? I have been super healthy! No allergies, no sickness, only great health.
I am not bragging, that is definitely not my style. I am however saying this to hopefully convince some of you to try the crazy sounding stuff I put in these newsletters! I sure do and it keeps me feeling great.
So far the key things I have been doing to maintain my health are 1) the neti pot, 2) proper food combining and 3) consistent exercise.
