  • AB 55 technical correction for 2006 Act 466 - The Assembly has passed this bill and now it is in the Senate. Please ask your Senator to support AB55. This bill will ensure that enhancement of the rules concerning right of way violations defined in Wisconsin Act 466 will be enforced

A public hearing has already been held in the Wisconsin Senate Transportation and Elections committee regarding AB55. There will be a vote by the committee in executive session on Thursday, February 9, 2012. We need this bill to pass out of committee with no amendments. If your Senator is on that committee it is important that you call and ask them for their support of AB55 and pass this bill on for a vote by the full Senate.
