Jones Family Farms to Host 2011-2012 Community Campaign Kickoff
Valley United Way will kick off its 2011-2012 Community Fundraising Campaign on Tuesday, September 27 at Jones Family Farms in Shelton.
Second term Campaign Chairman, Joseph Pagliaro Jr., will be announcing the campaign goal for this year and introducing his Campaign Cabinet.
The annual Community Campaign helps fund needed programs operated by a wide variety of agencies based in the Valley. Pagliaro noted that in this difficult economic period, the demand for services is greater than ever.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the farm and sample some of their homegrown produce and wine from the vineyards of Jones Family Farms.
We're still working on the details for what promises to be an incredible start to the annual campaign while also celebrating the legacy and importance of the family farm in Valley life. You can learn more and even register now by clicking here.
