Stress Reduction - Every Tuesday

Need to relieve some stress or just to feel relaxed? Then the weekly Stress Reduction Class is for you. Sessions are held at 5 and 6:15 pm on Tuesdays.
Healthy Team event off to a great start

Rockport Walking Test
The Healthy Team competition is off to a great start as pre-testing is just about complete. The Rockport Walking Test proved to be a popular alternative to the step test used in previous years, and also serves as an extra incentive to participate in the Run/Walk in June to see just how much improvement will be achieved during the course of this year's event.

There are still a very limited number of openings for the pre-test, and you should call the YMCA immediately to register for the testing. You can see what is involved by viewing the short video on the Healthy Team page.

This week's Healthy Breakfast is an opportunity to garner points in the competition, and team members might want to stop off at the Griffin Media Center and chekc out some healthy books or videos for additional points!
