My novel, SPIRIT RANCH, has been selected to be included in the Desert Writers Expo which will be held on Monday, April 25, 2011, at the Rancho Mirage Library between 10AM and 4PM. The Desert Writer's Expo is a joint event of the Palm Springs Writers Guild and Rancho Mirage Library. SPIRIT RANCH is about a decades-old murder in the desert East of Palm Springs that takes a ranch owner on a compelling quest for the truth. At once a mystery, a love story, and a love affair with the baroque desert East of Palm Springs, SPIRIT RANCH weaves beautifully detailed descriptions of this little-known area into a mysterious tapestry. SUMMERTIME
ALREADY? With many of our patients already making plans to escape the heat and head back to cooler places, we are beginning to hear the annual question. "Will you be open during the summer?" As it has been for the past eight years, the answer is a resounding "yes!" We stay open Tuesday through Saturday, from 9AM to 5PM no matter the temperature. Because many of the locals sometimes put treatments off for their slow season, the summertime can, paradoxically, be busier than the rest of the year. We encourage you to let us know your plans so we can be sure we can accommodate you. And in the meantime, remember to live, laugh, and love your skin. And always remember the sunscreen. JoAnn

Progress Report
Since we released our new FoxxMD Evolutionary Skin Care line almost two months ago we have been pleased at the number of patients who have told us how much they like the products. Formulated for environmentally damaged skin, patients are reporting improvement in as little as three weeks.
We are close to releasing two new products: a new gel wash that will be perfect for daily use and a mildly exfoliating wash (that we are calling FoxxFoliate) designed to be used once or twice each week between your dermal planing visits.

If you ever cannot find a space, please drive to the front of the result, give your car to a valet, and have them shuttle you to the office.
