Collective movement has collective power. In celebration of U.N. Peace Day and the Global Mala Project, we will breathe and move in the spirit of 'Shanti' (peace) for our planet. The practice will begin with the experience of prana initiating yoga-asanas and then flow into spontaneous, breath-driven movements.

Join us for an all-levels, all-ages, Acro Yoga workshop. This 3-week series will provide a fun and safe environment to explore trust, connection, and playfulness.

 

Together we'll explore the essential elements of AcroYoga: Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage. Each week will include a mix of circle ceremony, asana sequences, partner yoga, assisted inversions, basic partner acrobatics, therapeutic flying, acrobatic flying, and Thai massage. These supported classes will give you first-hand knowledge of the essential elements of AcroYoga.

 

No yoga experience is required. No partner needed. Come support and be supported.

Our program focuses on developing tools such as thematic class design, fluid sequencing, creative flow, authentic heart language, powerful adjustments, clear anatomy instruction, and therapeutic yoga for private clients.
