Summer Schedule Changes
 * New Summer Schedule Begins May 1st. Schedule changes include:1. Annie now teaching Freestyle Flow Mondays from 9:00 to 10:45 in addition to Friday nights from 7:15 to 9:00. FREESTYLE FLOW
Calling all students and teachers with a regular practice who desire challenge with each return to the mat. Freestyle flow yoga devotees will learn to minimize struggle and increase their delight in the experience at hand. This class will develop your capacity to enjoy dynamic movements, deep and therapeutic asana, inversions, arm balances, and philosophical considerations. Lots of fun!2. Yoga Union adds "Unity Flow" to the schedule Wednesdays from 7:15 to 8:45 and Sundays from 11:00 to 12:30. |
Introducing Unity Flow
UNITY FLOW is A balanced blend of yoga styles that will lift your
spirits and soothe your nerves. Start with forty-five minutes of flowing
movement to build your body heat, energize your muscles, and release
your tensions. Finish with forty-five minutes of yin asana to stretch,
refresh, and relax yourself into the evening. A perfect class for winding
down the day.

Yoga Union Challenge

Yoga Union presents the third annual Yoga Challenge: April 1 - 30.
Sign
up and track your attendance with a lengthening row of little shiny
star-stickers on a poster in the lobby. Yeah, it's a bit childish, but
then so is standing on your head.
Your goal: Attend twenty classes in thirty days. Your reward:
Three classes, a t-shirt, a healthier mind, body, and spirit, and two
tickets to the celebration party which includes music and a barbeque. Yoga Challenge celebration: Saturday May 2nd at 5:30.
