On January 28th, The Spartanburg County Foundation held a stakeholder gathering at the Chapman Cultural Center to rollout the draft of the 40/30 Challenge strategic plan. During this meeting, plans were announced for the establishment of the College Hub of Spartanburg County, an organization which will assist our community in increasing its degree attainment by providing educational resources and information.
