December, 2009
Vision
Spartanburg will be the best educated county in South Carolina.
Progress Update
We are pleased to announce that the Strategic Plan for The 40/30 Challenge  has been  finalized and approved by the Steering Committee.

This plan, which includes three major strategies with accompanying  action steps,  gives the framework for the future establishment of the College Hub of Spartanburg County and reflects the collaboration of more than 200 individuals over the last two years.

We would like to take this opportunity to especially thank the Steering Committee for all of their hard work.  Each member graciously gave of their time, resources, and knowledge to provide a finalized Strategic Plan for The 40/30 Challenge.  Again, we say thank you.
