Media Pet of the Week
Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!

Rudy

About six weeks ago, we sent out a plea for help in covering Rudy's medical expenses for a badly injured leg. Many wonderful people responded and he was able to receive the care he needed.

Rudy was originally found with a board taped around his left, front leg as a crude splint for a broken leg. It was also discovered that his shoulder was separated. Since receiving medical care, he has healed well and is a very active pup who now needs a home.

Rudy is a pit bull mix, about 11 months old. He needs a home that's ready to handle a very active dog. He will be ready for adoption Thursday morning at 10am after keeping several media engagements.
HSOY offers pet tags online

Pet tagsFashionable, economical, and convenient, our pet tags are now available online!  If your pet has yet to sport some much-needed bling, now is the time to purchase a pet tag.  Pet tags help ensure the safety of your pet by providing your contact information in the event that your pet becomes lost or otherwise separated from you.

Our pet tags come in a number of shapes, sizes, and colors.  You are able to choose a large or small bone, heart, or circle.  The tags can be printed on both the front and the back, with either three or four lines on each side, depending upon the size.

HSOY pet tags are a steal at just $5 per tag, plus $2 shipping and handling per tag.  With such a great deal, there's no excuse not to buy one for all your four-legged family members!  Go to hsoyuma.com/pettags right now.

4 Paws Pantry still in need of pet food donations

4 Paws Pantry, HSOY's pet food assistance program, is still in need of puppy and dog food donations. 4 Paws Pantry is meeting a critical need as Arizona's economy continues to be stuck in hard times, and your help is very much needed.  Donation drop-offs are at our shelter, both thrift stores, the spay & neuter clinic, and the following Starbucks locations: the Big Curve, Yuma Palms, and Avenue B and 24th Street (the stand-alone location, not the one inside Albertson's).

Fur Ball IV tickets available online.
