What: The 2009 Envision Richmond Kick-Off Meeting with guest speaker

Community Development for the City of Richmond, and a facilitated
collective citizen brainstorming to help form Envision Richmond. Richmond's own
River City Band will set the tone for socializing
Share your thoughts and learn more about PSG, the Downtown Master Plan, and other opportunities for involvement in planning for Richmond's future.
The
Scoot Richmond scooter we are raffling in March will be on display for admiration. $5.00 raffle tickets will be for sale and can also be purchased
online. Proceeds benefit PSG and Envision Richmond.

Where: The
Tricycle Gardens Headquarters, "The Expansion Joint," Manchester,
211 West 7th Street between Porter and Perry Streets in Manchester. Parking is available behind "The Expansion Joint." Mass Transit is available but limited; check GRTC web site for bus routes.
