Volunteer Academy

Volunteer 101

TCC, in partnership with the City of Tempe and Tempe Leadership, hosted two successful Volunteer leadership seminars this fall. Volunteer 101 introduced new volunteers to opportunities throughout the community and Volunteer 201 developed leadership skills in volunteer management and project development.

Due to popular demand, we will host another series in early 2012.

Volunteer 101 will be held January 18; Volunteer 201 on January 28.

The TEAM Interfaith Thanksgiving Eve Service

Wednesday, November 23 7:00pm

Please join the community for an evening of reflection and gratitude on Thanksgiving Eve at Tempe First United Methodist Church. Hosted by TEAM, an interfaith coalition of Tempe clergy and social service agencies that works together to coordinate and mobilize efforts to provide food and social services through the Tempe faith community.
