Prayer Requests
We pray for Teaching Elder Ron Wilson, pastor of the Associated Church in Owatonna and Teaching Elder Paula Sanders, who are recovering from knee replacement surgeries.We pray for Ruling Elder Jack Reddan (First Presbyterian, White Bear Lake) as he continues to recover from recent surgical complications.
We pray for all those who face various challenges (emotional, financial, physical) this holiday season.
We pray for those attending the Seekers Seminar on December 28 as they discern their call to ordained ministry.

Holiday Office Hours
 The Presbytery office will be closed Dec. 23-26 and Dec. 30-Jan. 2. Although some staff members will be working during the week between Christmas and New Year's, there may be times when we are unavailable. In the event of an emergency, please contact Executive Presbyter Chaz Ruark at 651-271-7916. If you plan to stop by the office, please call in advance to ensure that someone will be available to assist you.

January 2012 Presbytery Meeting
 The next Stated Meeting of the Presbytery will take place on January 14, 2012 at Arlington Hills Presbyterian Church in St. Paul from 9AM-3PM. A Call to Presbytery will with more information will come out in January. The Nominating Committee has placed it's report on the Presbytery Packet webpage and would like Presbytery members to look over the document, which contains the names of GA Commissioner candidates for the 220th General Assembly, before the January meeting.

Pulpit Supply for 2012: A new pulpit supply list will be prepared for distribution January 1, 2012. If you want to be included on the new list, please complete the enclosed 2012 Pulpit Supply Form by clicking on the link below. Please note, you are required to have the Level 1 Sexual Misconduct Prevention training to be included on the Pulpit Supply List. Read on...Mission and Witness Grants: Does your congregation have an idea for a mission or ministry, but can't do it for lack of money? The 2012 Mission and Witness Grants are now available to help congregations in the Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area engage in ministries of justice and care. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2012. Find out more by going the PTCA Mission and Witness website. Read on... Don't Forget to File a Report! It's the end of the year, which means it's time to fill out congregational reports. The following forms are due January 31, 2012: the Necrology Form, Members of Session Form, Presbytery Commissioners Form, Current Clerk of Session Form and Terms of Call Form. All the forms can be filled out online and are available at the Presbytery's Form page .Attention At-Large and Retired Pastors (Last Call!): It's time to fill out the annual Non-Parish Clergy Annual Report. This year, there are two different forms to fill depending on your status: a form for honorably retired teaching elders and one for those teaching elders who are at-large. You can fill out either form online by clicking here. The deadline to file a report is December 31, 2011.
Alika Galloway Keynote at Day on the Hill: "And What Does the Lord Require?" is the theme of the 2012 Day on the Hill, sponsored by the Joint Religious Legislative Coalition, March 20, 2012 in St. Paul. Join Protestants, Catholics, Jews, and Muslims at the State Capitol to publicly speak together to the legislature about key issues before our state. JRLC Day on the Hill is one of the largest lobby days at the Capitol each year - don't miss it. Keynote speaker will be Rev. Alika Galloway, co-pastor of Kwanzaa Community Presbyterian Church in Minneapolis. Register online at www.jrlc.org.
