Shortcut key combination comes to the rescue
Microsoft Word (2000, 2002, 2003)
How often have you started typing in a document only to realize that the Caps Lock key was on? Or you find that the AutoCorrect feature to "Capitalize first letter of sentences" was turned off and the first letter of every sentence was not automatically capitalized as you expected?
Well, all is not lost. I mean you could retype the information but that would be a waste of time. The best way to remedy either problem is to use a little known keyboard combination that will allow you to toggle the case of your text.
Simply highlight the problem text and press Shift + F3 key. This will cycle through three different formatting options all lower case, ALL UPPER CASE and All Proper Case. Also, if just want to do the first word of your sentences just click anywhere in the work and press Shift+F3.
