President's Message
Greetings and Happy New Year from Northern States Agency. We hope that you find the first edition of our newly created newsletter to be informative, concise, and mildly entertaining.
During my first seven months as president of NSA, one of my main goals was to work with the staff to develop the NSA story. We knew bits and pieces of that story here in the office, but we felt that it was critical to be able to communicate a consistent message about who we are, what we do, and why you, the retail agent, should do business with us. We know there are many wholesalers/brokers out there and many of them talk about great service, but few really define what great service is. Part of the NSA story is defining great service, and then committing to those standards.
New Business: We will respond to your new business submission with a quote the day we receive it, or the very next day. If we are unable to provide a quote within that time frame, we will contact you with an estimate of when you can expect to receive one.
Online Quoting: Available for a variety of commercial risks, 24/7, at www.nsa-mga.com.
Renewal Business: We work just as hard to help you retain your renewals as we do to help you write new business. When we have complete information, we release renewal terms 30 days prior to the expiration date. Our team will work with you to ensure we are doing everything possible to keep your business. Currently, we retain 3 out of every 4 renewals.
Our Commitment: · Phone Calls and Email: Same day response · Endorsements and Certificates: We get it right the first time. · Binders and ID Cards: On or before the effective date
We will continue to share more of the NSA story with you over the next few months either in person, or through our newsletter. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you sell more insurance.
Best regards,
Shaun T. Olsson, CPCU, ARM | |
