|New! NACCHO Performance Improvement Technical Assistance Teleconference Series for Local Health Departments
In September 2011 NACCHO will launch the Performance Improvement Technical Assistance Teleconference Series aimed at responding to timely, common technical assistance (TA) requests of local health departments related to accreditation, community health assessment and improvement planning processes, Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) and more!
The first call will take place on September 8 at 2 pm EDT.
This call will focus on how to work with local public health system partners in preparing for a community health improvement process. Participation is free but registration is required. To register for the call, click here. The call is intended to be interactive. NACCHO staff will provide an overview and answer questions on this topic, but participants should also be prepared to share their thoughts and dialogue with each other during the call.
Calls will take place monthly and will be developed based on YOUR input. To submit questions for next month's call, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Feel free to provide as much context and information in your request as you are able, as this will help us respond to questions in a manner that not only assists you and your agency, but the field at large, as many agencies may have similar questions. Calls are designed to be informal and all questions are welcome!
