NACCHO is committed to further developing our capacity to provide relevant and timely information and useful tools and resources around accreditation preparation and quality improvement (QI). In an effort to understand how to improve, NACCHO is disseminating this survey to all accreditNATION subscribers to gather candid feedback. "Making the Best of a Bad Situation: One LHD's Restructuring for Sustainability and Accreditation" will describe the journey of Kane County Health Department (KCHD) in Illinois as they restructured the agency, around the PHAB standards, as a result of significant budget and staff cuts.
