From time-to-time condo associations are faced with major projects that require sizable capital funding. These include compliance with city ordinances such as façade and Life-Safety, replacement/repair of critical capital facilities and equipment, and discretionary refurbishment to keep the building in the forefront of the condo market.

Don't miss this very informative program that addresses a known or unforeseen need that you may have now or in the near future.  This program is of interest to building managers and condo board members. Learn More.

Please RSVP by email or by phone at 312-280-2596 by October 25th to ensure that your name is on the attendance list that building doormen will use to admit attendees.

Thanks to Harris Bank for sponsoring this and future SRN meetings.

Provide Your Input to the City's Pedestrian Plan

"Chicago's pedestrian experience is one of the reasons that the city is such a great place to live, work, and play. To help ensure that Chicago continues to be a great city for pedestrians, the Chicago Department of Transportation (CDOT), in coordination with the Mayor's Pedestrian Advisory Council (MPAC), is currently working on the Chicago Pedestrian Plan. The Pedestrian Plan will identify new opportunities and ongoing initiatives that will strengthen Chicago's already robust pedestrian environment. We hope that you will take some time to participate in these efforts."

Participate today by sharing your ideas for making Streeterville and the city at large more pedestrian friendly.
